Recent full-stack delivery, alongside earlier engineering leadership. Each project starts with what the business needed to do.

01Hands-on CTO · Team of seven engineers

Fantastec SWAP

Rebuilding the platform.
Keeping it running.

A fan experience using licensed sports media and blockchain-based ownership, supported by content operations and a scalable engineering platform.

My contribution

As hands-on CTO, I led seven engineers and contributed directly to architecture and implementation across multiple projects.

  • Designed a migration system for 3 million NFTs, built in two months. Migration ran over four months, with private and public ownership systems operating concurrently and existing functionality continuing without interruption.
  • Led the mobile app and backend rebuild through phased delivery over five months, serving 150k monthly active users, with direct blockchain connections.
  • Oversaw engineering adaptations for FCA regulatory requirements and designed and built a company-wide content management system to streamline operations and reporting.

The migration succeeded and the accompanying secondary markets launched on 31 December 2021.

Fantastec subsequently ceased trading. Live applications are no longer available; these are retained screenshots.

02Launched October 2026 · Ongoing development

Ada Carbon Analytics

Making Scope 3
reporting accessible.

A new company needed a SaaS platform for clients to submit purchase-ledger summaries through a web application or API and obtain Scope 3 emissions reports. Internal analysts supplied the calculation data and requirements.

My contribution

I mapped the business processes, extended the customer application and built a customer-facing API, a secured calculation microservice and an administration panel. I also created the AWS infrastructure and integrated Stripe subscriptions and purchases.

Delivery

Went live on 8 October 2026, with marketing and customer onboarding scheduled to begin on 13 October. The Ada Admin application was delivered to production in five days. Development continues during launch.

03Live SaaS · My Property Group

White Label Property

One platform.
Hundreds of brands.

Property sourcing partners needed to market investment deals under their own brands, manage investor leads and earn commission without building or operating their own technology.

My contribution

I mapped the business processes and designed and implemented a resource- and cost-efficient multi-tenant AWS architecture. I built the partner application and administration portal, and integrated Stripe for subscription management.

04Delivered to staging · My Property Group

White Label Academy

Training connected
to the business.

An in-house learning platform linked to the White Label SaaS product, with included training determined by subscription tier and separately paid content.

My contribution

I analysed the data and functional requirements behind a Lovable prototype, designed and implemented the AWS architecture, and delivered full-stack development of the student and teacher applications. This included backend services, course creation and course-material versioning.

Available to demonstrate by screen share.

Student experience: tier-based course access and progress.
Teacher tools: materials, course structure and publishing.

How I work

The process matters
as much as the code.

My interest is in understanding how a business works and building the systems that help it work better.

That means connecting requirements to real processes, making practical architecture decisions, and staying involved through implementation and delivery. My background spans hands-on full-stack engineering, solutions architecture and technology leadership.
